In the race for Howard County Executive, Allan H. Kittleman (R) won against Courtney Watson (D) capturing a total of 51,389 votes or 51.3% of votes.

Allan Kittleman is a Senator for District 9, Carroll and Howard Counties.
Courtney Watson serves as vice-chair on the Howard County Council. She is also a member of the MACo Legislative Committee and past-president of Women of MACo.
