- Maryland Energy Administration 2015 EmPOWER Clean Energy Communities Low-to-Moderate Income Grant Program: With a budget of up to $9 million, subject to funding availability, the platforms are designed to support energy efficiency and conservation programs, projects, or activities and demand response programs for low-to-moderate income Marylanders. - Maryland Energy Administration Game Changer Competitive Grant Program: A Game Changer competitive grant applicant may request a grant in an amount up to the difference in installed costs between “game changer” technologies or systems being proposed and conventional technologies or systems. Currently, up to $1 million is available, subject to available funding for awards expected to be in the range of $50,000 to $250,000 per project. MEA expects applicants’ cost-share to be at least 70 percent, with MEA covering up to 30 percent of project costs. (12/19/2014)
- MEA Natural Gas Refilling Station Grant Program: The Natural Gas Refilling Station Grant Program is intended to aid in the development of public access, natural gas refilling infrastructure in the state of Maryland. (1/12/2015)

- Maryland Freedom Fleet Voucher Program: The Maryland Freedom Fleet Voucher (FFV) Program provides financial assistance for the purchase of new and converted alternative fueled vehicles registered in the state of Maryland. Incentive amounts vary, and are based on gross vehicle weight (GVW). (5/8/2015)
