The executive board officers have been chosen for 2014 for the Upper Shore Regional Council (USRC).  USRC is a regional planning and development organization serving Cecil, Kent and Queen Anne’s counties.

The 2014 USRC board officers are:

• Chair: David Dunmyer, Commissioner, Queen Anne’s County
• First Vice Chair: Diana Broomell, Council Member, Cecil County
• Second Vice Chair: Ron Fithian, Commission President, Kent County
