During the September 23 meeting of the Maryland Sustainable Growth Commission, Harford County Council Member Mary Ann Lisanti was announced as the new Vice Chair of the ongoing and far-reaching work group.  Council Member Lisanti has represented county governments on the Commission since its inception in 2010.

In making the announcement, Commission Chair Jon Laria indicated the importance of local government on the Commission and in its leadership.
