The Maryland Department of Planning (MDP) will be hosting its summer Planning Directors’ Roundtable on Thursday, June 13, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. The focus of the Roundtable will be a participatory discussion on planning and economic development in the state. The Roundtable will be held at the Banneker-Douglass Museum (84 Franklin Street, Annapolis, MD 21401). Attendance is free but attendees are asked to register.

The Maryland Planning Directors Roundtable brings together the planning leadership from across the State. The Roundtable allows counties and municipalities, rural and urban jurisdictions alike, to talk about the challenges relating to sustainable growth and to share experiences and ideas and planning best practices.
