On Thursday, May 2, County Executive Laura Neuman will give the State of the County address from the Annapolis Westin Hotel.  Neuman will discuss her 2014 spending plans.

According to The Capital Gazette, Neuman will also

discuss her ideas on how to expand the county’s tax base and make it easier for county businesses to grow, and recognize outstanding employees in county government.
