On Thursday, February 7, Maryland Clean Energy Center is hosting a webinar to introduce its new MCAP program, which is designed to help finance energy efficiency projects. This program is available to county governments and not-for-profits to help them underwrite the costs of taking energy saving/conservation measures and building improvements.
