Necessary attributes include computer knowledge; excellent organization, writing, and communication skills; website maintenance. Marketing background beneficial. Those applicants with Microsoft Office knowledge and familiarity with Maryland General Assembly legislative processes or Maryland county governments will be given special consideration.
