Montgomery County has been recognized by the Public Technology Institute (PTI) as a 2012-2014 Citizen Engaged Community for its MC311 online and telephone information system. PTI’s Citizen-Engaged Communities program focuses on recognizing excellence in multi-channel contact centers, best practices for the use of Citizen Relationship/Records Management (CRM) systems, 311 services, web portal technology, telephone and mobile communications infrastructure.
