Montgomery County has been recognized by the Public Technology Institute (PTI) as a 2012-2014 Citizen Engaged Community for its MC311 online and telephone information system. PTI’s Citizen-Engaged Communities program focuses on recognizing excellence in multi-channel contact centers, best practices for the use of Citizen Relationship/Records Management (CRM) systems, 311 services, web portal technology, telephone and mobile communications infrastructure.  For more information on the award criteria and how MC311 met it, read the County’s news release.
