As previously reported on Conduit Street, the Sustainable City Network offers a variety of resources on sustainable practices relating to urban land use and infrastructure management.  The Network collects its “best of” articles in a free digital magazine.  The October issue of Sustainable City Network includes articles on leak detection systems for water pipes, use of traffic management systems to keep traffic flowing,  microsurfacing for better road repairs, use of hybrid streetlights to conserve power, and the dangers posed by invasive species.
