Special Session Wrapped: Gaming Bill Passes, Dog Bill Fails

Late Tuesday, the General Assembly completed work from its second special session since April, yielding a hard-fought compromise on expanded gaming offerings, but an impasse over competing proposals to address liability for pit bull and other dog owners.
