Washington County Proclaims “Commercial Customer Week”

This week in Washington County has been dubbed “Commercial Customer Week” as a promotion of customer service and appreciation for private sector users of county permits and processes. From a county press release:

Commercial Customer Appreciation Week

To show our appreciation to our commercial building construction customers, the County will hold
a Commercial Customer Appreciation Week from August 13 – 17, 2012. During this week we will
be providing a number of financial incentives for our customers to promote the commercial
building industry in Washington County.

– Permit application and technology fees will be waived on all commercial building and
trade permit applications received;

– Free copies of plan and permit information will be provided.

Each day of the week we will draw one winner for a $50.00 permit or plan review fee voucher. In
addition, there will be daily drawings for a free copy of either the 2012 International Building Code
or one of the 2012 trade code books.

Winners will be announced daily on the County’s web page and Facebook page.

We will also be recognizing successful and unique commercial projects designed and constructed
in Washington County.
