MACo 2012 Conference Session – Working Together: State, County, and Municipal Teamwork

Description:  As governments struggle with budget shortfalls and increasingly complex infrastructure and service challenges, the importance of collaboration with other levels of       government has never been greater.  County governments can realize efficiencies and cost-savings by partnering with the State and municipal governments. Speakers will discuss the benefits of intergovernmental teamwork, explain how to avoid potential pitfalls, and offer examples of successful partnerships at every level of public service.
