MDP Calls Special Meeting on Septics Legislation

A special meeting of the Maryland Planning Director’s Roundtable has been called to discuss the Sustainable Growth and Agricultural Preservation Act of 2012.  Also known as the “septics bill,” the special meeting will provide an overview of the new law and its applicability to local government; provide guidance on the new requirements; and respond to general questions.   The meeting will take place on Thursday, May 24 at the Community Place Building in Crownsville, MD.
