DHCD Holds Public Hearings on State’s Five Year Consolidated Plan Draft

The Maryland Department of Community Development will be holding a series of public hearings and is opening a 30 day public comment period on the State’s new draft Five Year Consolidated Plan.  The Consolidated Plan is required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and includes State goals for housing and community and economic development.  A series of four meetings are scheduled from April 20 – 23 in Denton, Crownsville, Owings, and Cumberland.  The public comment period will close at 5:00 PM on Monday, May 3.
