Each Maryland Soil Conservation District has  scheduled a meeting to discuss the agricultural component of the Phase II Watershed Implementation Plans (WIPs).  The dates of each meeting are listed here.  Please contact your local Soil Conservation District for the meeting’s exact time and location.
