Our 2012 Winter Conference theme is “Do it NOW!” and will be a tribute to the legacy and vision of William Donald Schaefer. The conference content will focus on responsive government, efficiency, best practices, and customer service. We hope you’ll join us at the Hyatt in Cambridge for this event on January 4 – 6, 2012. 

To further honor William Donald Schaefer, we will be holding a memorial dinner at our conference on the evening of Wednesday, January 4, 2012. All full conference registrants will receive a ticket to this dinner included in their registration. Tickets will be available for purchase so that guests and those who are not attending the conference may also attend this very special event.

We are currently seeking individuals who worked closely with Governor Schaefer throughout his career. The event will feature 6-8 speakers who will each speak for approximately 5 minutes about their experiences with Governor Schaefer and what his legacy means to county government.
