Prince George’s County Council Member Andrea Harrison has been elected to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG). COG is a regional nonprofit association  composed of 21 local governments in the Metropolitan Washington area.  The Association’s mission is to enhance the quality of life in the region by providing an environment for consensus building and policy-making.
