The Maryland Mediation and Conflict Resolution Office (MACRO), the state dispute resolution office under the judiciary, can provide grants for conflict resolution projects such as trainings or public policy facilitation.  In addition, MACRO will soon have a facilitator on contract who could assist with local public policy conflicts (land use, environmental issues, community disputes) by doing facilitation or providing coaching for officials or staff who are doing facilitation.  For more information, contact Ramona Buck, Public Policy Director at MACRO: 410.260.3540 or ramona.buck@mdcourts.gov
