The Local Government Insurance Trust (LGIT) presents The University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) program.  Offering three different two-day courses throughout Maryland, the program is designed to train state and local government emergency planners and other government personnel in COOP planning from the beginning stages to the actual implementation.   For additional information on the program please click here.
