The Interagency Committee on School Construction recently published its October 28 report, The Cost of School Construction: A Comparison of the Monarch Global Academy and Conventional School Facilities Report to Governor Larry Hogan and the Board of Public Works.

The report describes contrasts several cost factors for the Monarch Global Academy contract school and conventional school facilities in Maryland:
