New Leadership Cohort Launches for County Administrators and HR Leaders

A new leadership development opportunity is launching for county leaders responsible for workforce strategy, organizational culture, and team performance.

The Workforce Network Leadership Program is a 10-week online cohort designed specifically for county administrators, human resources professionals, and their teams. The program focuses on strengthening leadership capacity across local governments while providing practical tools for managing people, aligning departments, and leading organizational change.

The program is built specifically for local government leaders and allows participants to connect with peers from counties across the country.

Overview

Participants will explore strategies for improving organizational effectiveness, strengthening workplace culture, and navigating leadership challenges common to county governments.

The cohort includes:

  • 100% online participation with no travel required
  • Self-paced learning requiring roughly 40 minutes per day
  • Weekly peer roundtables with county administrators and HR leaders nationwide
  • Practical tools and leadership strategies that can be applied immediately

The program is designed to fit into the demanding schedules of local government leaders while allowing them to collaborate with colleagues facing similar workforce challenges.
