Title: Finding Your Community a GEM of a Grant
Description: Join the Maryland Energy Administration as we unveil the newly re-tooled Local Government Energy Modernization (L-GEM) program. Through the program, the agency will be offering an infusion of more than $50 million in funding to support local governments, state agencies, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and communities. The funding will enable sustainable, long-term, clean energy projects that lead to reduced energy usage and greenhouse gas emissions, increased cost savings, and robust clean energy and economic development. Come learn more about the types of clean energy projects you could bring to your community.
