The Accountability and Implementation Board Nominating Committee is Accepting Applications for Vacancies

The Accountability and Implementation Board, the body charged with oversight of the decade-long program roll-out, has announced its process for nominations to fill Board vacancies. Applications are due by June 12.

From an announcement posted on the Maryland General Assembly website:

Background: The Accountability and Implementation Board (AIB) is a seven-member board appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, charged with holding State and local governments, including county boards of education, accountable for implementing the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future and evaluating the outcomes achieved against the goals of the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future and the Commission on Innovation and Excellence in Education during the implementation period 2021 through 2032. Applications for a position on the AIB will be available beginning on May 22, 2025.

A completed application and resume must be submitted to the Nominating Committee by 5:00 p.m. on June 12, 2025.
