County Executive Olszewski talked about his own experience as a teacher, and as the first generation in his family to get a college education, as driving influences on his career in public service. He also discussed the challenges that the county faced upon his first election, and some process and engagement changes made to help navigate a challenging budget situation for then and beyond.
