MDOT’s grants team is hosting a webinar on how counties can access federal infrastructure funding.
On May 24th at 2:00 pm the Maryland Department of Transportation’s
(MDOT) grants team will be hosting a webinar covering state resources to help access federal infrastructure grants. Many of the items the team will be covering are exclusively available to counties and local governments. MDOT will also provide an overview of the Safe Streets for All (SS4A) program. The $5 billion SS4A program was created by the $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) to support local planning efforts and implementation projects to improve safety for all roadway users. Last round, Maryland counties, municipalities, and planning organizations received over $42 million in award funding.
