A network of offshore wind companies, working on both generation and transmission sectors, are hosting a March 28 event in Baltimore – to connect with and benefit Maryland businesses.
The Business Network for Offshore Wind and the State of Maryland are hosting Central Atlantic Supplier Day, taking place Tuesday, March 28 in Baltimore. This critical supply chain event connects companies from Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, and New Jersey with offshore wind developers, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers. Attendees will learn about business opportunities related to offshore wind projects in the Central Atlantic region and beyond. Companies will learn about the developer procurement process and network with key players in the industry, including representatives from Ørsted, US Wind, and others.

Additionally, Scholarships are available for qualified businesses. The Business Network for Offshore Wind, the State of Maryland, and GE are pleased to offer scholarships to businesses that register and qualify. All scholarship recipients will be able to attend Central Atlantic Supplier Day, an Offshore Wind Ready training, and 2023 IPF free of charge.
