The National Association of Counties (NACo) and the National Association of County Veteran Service Officers (NACVSO) introduced Amazon as an official partner for Operation Green Light for Veterans.

America’s counties have a long and proud history of serving our nation’s veterans. This legacy continues today as counties work with our federal, state, and local partners to ensure that former service members can access the resources they need to thrive.

Naco invites the nation’s 3,069 counties, parishes, and boroughs to join Operation Green Light and show support for veterans by lighting buildings green during the week of Veterans Day, November 7 to November 13. By shining green light, county governments and the residents they serve will let veterans know they are seen, appreciated, and supported.

Thanks to NACo and NACVSO partners, counties can turn their buildings green using Amazon Business. With a free Amazon Business account, counties can order green lights, gel filters, or any other products they may need from multiple suppliers in one place.
