Cecil County Executive Danielle Hornberger is pleased to announce the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for community grants through the Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) Local Community Grant Program for FY 2023.
The VLT grant program will disseminate $400,000 to local nonprofit and not-for-profit organizations and state, county, and municipal government agencies located or serving within Cecil County, Maryland.

The FY2023 NOFA Instructions and Application can be found online. A virtual informational presentation will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 11 a.m. for interested parties to receive an overview of the NOFA and to ask questions. The deadline for applications is Friday, May 20, 2022, by 11:59 p.m. Applications must be submitted electronically to VLT@ccgov.org, and received by the stated deadline. Please note the submission email address.
