Exploring the “New Normal” for Workplaces at #MACoCon

The COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped the workplace, creating a  “new normal,” that might have staying power. From hybrid work, to vaccination requirements for employment, how we approach Human Resources and labor is continuing to evolve as the pandemic does.

At the MACo Winter Conference session, “Navigating a New World: Counties and the Post-Pandemic Workplace,” attendees will hear about the new challenges and opportunities a post-COVID workplace offers, especially for counties as major employers.

Navigating a New World: Counties and the Post-Pandemic Workplace
