Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs Offers Technical Training Webinars to Assist Entrepreneurs

The Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs is providing several upcoming Technical Training Classroom webinars to help entrepreneurs compete with confidence in both the public and private sectors.

“Like many small businesses, we had to make a pivot during the pandemic. We moved our in-person Technical Training Classroom program to a virtual platform,” said Jimmy Rhee, special secretary of the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs. “The response has been overwhelmingly positive and we are now reaching two and three times the audience we could accommodate at live events.”

The sessions, offered at no cost to small business owners and entrepreneurs, cover a broad range of topics. Instructors are subject-matter-experts from state agencies and small business resource organizations, as well as small business owners. Each class is two hours long.
