MCEC and MES Seek Responses to Local Solar Survey

The Maryland Clean Energy Center and Maryland Environmental Service have teamed up to gauge interest in future solar projects at the county and municipal level.

MCEC logoWith federal and state funding anticipated in the future to support implementation of these measures, the Maryland Environmental Service (MES) & the Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) want to be prepared to help local communities take advantage of those resources quickly. They are asking that county and municipal staff members take their Municipal Energy Resilience and Sustainability Project Development Survey.

The organizations are interested to learn about the resources and support communities might need to advance the energy resilience and sustainability project measures. Responses will help guide the development and implementation of programs and resources to provide related technical and financial support for projects in the future. The survey should take roughly five minutes to complete. Responses are due by Wednesday, May 19: http://bit.ly/MunicipalEnergyProjectSurvey.
