Kevin Kinnally to Lead MACo Policy Team as Legislative Director

Kevin Kinnally, a MACo veteran of nearly five years, will serve as Legislative Director.

Kevin Kinnally will take on the leadership role in MACo’s policy development and advocacy, becoming MACo’s Legislative Director. The progression continues his advance in serving Maryland counties through policy advocacy.

“I am very confident of Kevin’s abilities, and his commitment to the Association and our mission. He will work very hard for the counties’ benefit,” said Executive Director Michael Sanderson.

He will continue as the lead staff to MACo’s subcommittee dealing with tax and fiscal issues, and will also cover elections and intergovernmental policy topics.
