Title: Economic Recovery in the Time of COVID

COVID-19 has rocked what had appeared to be a nearly invincible economy – one associated with substantial job growth, multi-decade lows in unemployment, sturdy compensation increases, robust retail sales, low inflation, and strong financial market performance. But as the pandemic lingers, all levels of government and the private sector are left with questions and uncertainties regarding economic recovery. Join this session for a fourth quarter economic outlook and overview of fiscal pressures facing the state and counties, along with trends and predictions for 2021 and beyond.
