Sign Up for LGIT’s Law Enforcement Implicit Bias Training, August 13

LGITMACo’s Platinum Corporate Partner Local Government Insurance Trust (LGIT) is hosting a session on Law Enforcement Implicit Bias Training at their Hanover office on Thursday, August 13, 2020.

From LGIT’s website:

This training is intended to bridge the gap between Officers / Deputies and the communities that they serve. This training will benefit any law enforcement official, civilian or sworn who has contact with the community they serve.

Through this training Law Enforcement Personnel will learn how to recognize and address their own implicit biases which are the unconscious or subtle associations that individuals make between groups of people and stereotypes about those groups.

This is event is Free and lunch will be provided. Attendees will be required to complete a COVID-19 pre-screening before the event.
