Queen Anne’s County Commissioners Jim Moran and Steve Wilson will serve on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Reconstruction Advisory Group.

The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Reconstruction Advisory Group was established by a bill passed during the 2020 General Assembly Session. The group is tasked with informing the Maryland transportation Authority (MTA) regarding citizen opinions of bay bridge operations, as well as traffic and customer service issues. The group will also work to educate the public on bridge activities.

The group will report its activities and recommendations to MTA, the Governor, and the General Assembly. The group is considered a public body and open for the public to observe proceedings.
