In the midst of the Coronavirus crisis, State delegates, local journalists, and friends took time to share tributes to the Late House Speaker Mike Busch on the anniversary of his passing.

A year ago we lost a great man. A pillar of our community for more than thirty years and a force of nature in our state, “Iron” Mike led by inspirational example, working tirelessly for Maryland, and was a part of our family and our heart for decades. Speaker Busch passed away on April 7, 2019, just one day before Sine Die for the Maryland General Assembly, but his legacy lives on.
