Carroll County has a fresh, new website designed with its citizens in mind.

The Baltimore Sun reports on the changes and steps that went into updating the site:

The new home page features six buttons that can take users to portals where they can pay bills, get information on parks, see career opportunities, learn about boards and commissions, access meetings and subscribe to get updates from the county.

The new website also features an alert banner that can display vital information at the top of the web page.
