Having served as a Deputy State’s Attorney, Mr. Yeager is an accomplished trial attorney who has also handled a wide range of legal matters pertinent to local governments including construction litigation, code enforcement, personnel/employment hearings, environmental matters, and public works projects. Joseph C. Flanagan, Esquire serves as Of Counsel to the firm, and Stuart T. Welch, Esquire is the firm’s associate attorney. Mr. Flanagan is a former Deputy State’s Attorney, and Mr. Welch is a former staff counsel for a leading non-profit organization.

Maryland Relay:

Maryland Accessible Telecommunications(MAT) distributes free assistive devices to qualified Maryland Residents.

UHY:

UHY Advisors is one of the top professional services firms in the US, and UHY International is one of the largest accounting networks in the world. While that scale may provide confidence for some of our clients, most tell us our greatest value is in the way we bring these resources to bear to help address today’s evolving business challenges.

It’s a philosophy we call The Next Level of Service. The firm is organized under an alternative practice structure. We provide audit and attest services through UHY LLP, a licensed independent CPA firm. UHY Advisors, Inc. and its subsidiaries provide tax and business consulting services. Even though our practice is structured differently from some other CPA firms, you will find that we provide all our services seamlessly to our clients.

Remington & Vernick Engineers:

Remington & Vernick Engineers (RVE) is one of the oldest, established consulting engineering firms in the country, founded in 1901 by J.C. Remington. Our professional engineering staff represents a diverse group of public and private clients. It has served some of these clients for more than 100 years.

The firm is a full-service engineering firm that provides the support required for various design and construction projects. The corporate staff includes more than 300 professionals, including Professional Engineers (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, transportation, sanitary and environmental), Professional Planners, Licensed Landscape Architects, Construction Managers/Inspectors, CADD Designers, survey teams and administrative support personnel. Services are provided locally to clients in New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware from our 12 offices.

American Traffic Solutions:

American Traffic Solutions is a leading provider of smart transportation solutions that provide our customers with the highest level of convenience, safety, and value. ATS delivers next-generation technology products, services, and business solutions and anticipates our customers’ future mobility, traffic safety, and enforcement needs.

Local Government Insurance Trust:

For 30 years, Maryland’s local governments have covered their primary and excess liability, auto, environmental, property and equipment breakdown insurance needs through the Local Government Insurance Trust (LGIT). Owned and managed by its members, LGIT was founded in 1987 by the act of the Maryland General Assembly through the joint efforts of the Maryland Municipal League (MML) and the Maryland Association of Counties (MACo). Since 2010, LGIT has provided local governments an alternative for their health insurance needs with LGIT HEALTH. This health co-op helps control the cost of health insurance.  LGIT’s purpose is to meet Maryland’s local government’s risk management needs – not to make a profit by selling insurance. Because of LGIT, local governments know they now have insurance coverage available to them at stable rates and predictable costs – regardless of private insurance industry cycles.  In addition to the publications produced by LGIT, they also provide a wide variety of Risk Management services including Training, Grants, the LGIT Online Campus and the HR Compliance Portal.
