Here’s the situation: the Hyatt is sold out. MACo is working with the Hyatt to reserve rooms for our guests as they become available, which sometimes happens when other guests’ plans change and their rooms are canceled.
If you’d like a room at the Hyatt, please contact Allison Valliant with your desired check-in and check-out dates. We’ll add you to our waitlist and do our best to get you a room at the Hyatt. We can’t guarantee a room, but we’ll do what we can.
In the meantime, please reserve a room across the street at the Holiday Inn Express.
