The MACo Awards Committee is seeking nominations for the second annual Marilyn J. Praisner Public Service Award, to be presented during the MACo Winter Conference Inaugural and Awards Banquet on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Cambridge.
This distinct honor has been established in memory of MACo Past President and former Montgomery County Council Member, Marilyn J. Praisner. Living present or former county elected officials are eligible for this award. The award will be given to an individual recognized by a county elected board for outstanding service to the county, his or her constituents, and MACo.
To be considered for the 2011 Award, nominations should be completed and submitted to MACo- Attention Michele Dinkel, no later than November 24, 2010.
