4 Reminders for #MACoCon Participants

1. REGISTER!
Wednesday, November 9, is the early registration deadline. Rates increase on November 10.

2. Reserve your discounted hotel room – our block at the Hyatt closes on November 15 (this Tuesday)
Rooms are guaranteed at our discounted nightly rate ($133 + tax) as long as rooms are available. It is possible that we will run out of rooms before the block closes, so reserve your room today. Or, reserve at the Holiday Inn (near the Hyatt at 2715 Ocean Gateway) by calling 410-221-9900. Ask for the Maryland Association of Counties block: the rate is $99.84 per room per night, plus tax.

3. Plan to visit our exhibit hall
Our exhibit space is almost sold out! Our 50+ exhibitors will be ready to share their cost-saving programs and services with you!

4. RSVP to attend the Women of MACo Luncheon and the Diversity Caucus Reception
The Women of MACo Luncheon will be held Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 11:45 am – 12:45 pm. Lisae Jordan, Esq., Executive Director & Counsel of the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MCASA) will speak about state and local actions that can be taken to combat human trafficking. To attend, you must purchase a Thursday lunch ticket (included in a full registration) and RSVP to mdcounties.org/WC16WOMLunchRSVP by November 16, 2016.
The Diversity Caucus Reception will be held Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm. To attend, you must be registered for Thursday of the conference and RSVP to Natasha Mehu by November 16, 2016.
