Community Development Needs Academy Graduate Course

In these days of tight operating budgets, the growing demand for community development efforts at the local level are higher than ever. This two-day session is aimed at elected and appointed officials of Maryland’s counties and municipalities who are seeking tools and approaches for their community development needs. These needs could include infrastructure, façade improvements, weatherization, main street programs, senior centers, affordable housing etc. This interactive two-day seminar will present tools to be applied and approaches to be considered as well as share best practices in the field.
