Glenn Fueston Jr. is the new executive director of the Governor’s Office of Crime Control & Prevention. Governor Larry Hogan announced the new appointment Tuesday.

Governor Larry Hogan today announced V. Glenn Fueston, Jr., as the new executive director of the Governor’s Office of Crime Control & Prevention. Fueston currently serves as the associate deputy director for Intelligence and Information Sharing at the Washington/Baltimore Area High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), a federal grant program administered by the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.
“Glenn’s proven leadership and experience in collaborating with federal, state, and local partners to address drug trafficking will be a strong asset to our administration, particularly as we fight the heroin epidemic,” said Governor Hogan. “His experience in using intelligence to reduce drug trafficking and related violent crime will guide the Office’s grant-making decisions and priorities. I have every confidence Glenn will continue to use his expertise to lead the Governor’s Office of Crime Control & Prevention.”
