A correct answer will be chosen at random and the winner and answer will be published in next week’s This Week on Conduit Street.

Congratulations to Scott Kearby, the winner of last week’s trivia. Kearby is the Deputy Director of the Harford County Department of Public Works. He correctly answered that Francis Scott Key was born at the family plantation –Terra Rubra – located near Keysville in what is now Carroll County.
