MACo’s Conference Planning Committee met last week as part of the
Association’s Winter Conference and selected the 2016 Summer Conference theme:
Cyber Solutions: Counties in the Digital Age
The conference, which will take place August 17-20, 2016 at the Roland Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, MD, will focus on all of the ways county governments can lead with, and prepare for, the latest technology trends. From protecting county financial data, to employee telecommuting, to e-commerce and other economic development measures and more, there is no aspect of government service that is untouched by the evolution of the “digital age.”

Registration for the conference will open in January. The 4-day conference will be accompanied by a 2-day exhibit tradeshow.
