PA to Repair and Rebuild 558 Structurally Deficit Bridges in Three Years

The State of Pennsylvania is investing almost $1 billion in a public-private partnership to repair and rebuild 558 structurally deficient bridges in three years. The approach, described in a video segment on CNBC’s Squawk Box, uses uniform methods to repair and rebuild; and purchases material in bulk. As a result, a bridge that would normally take 6 months to repair, can be completed in 10 weeks. Click on the image to view the video segment.
