At the upcoming Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) Winter Conference, there will be a luncheon for county communication staff members and Public Information Officers who are attending the conference. The PIO/Communications Lunch will be held on January 8, 2015 from 11:45 am until 12:45 pm at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Hotel in Cambridge, MD. This will be an informal lunch allowing county PIOs and other communication staff members to discuss issues and tasks they are currently facing and also give them a chance to exchange ideas.
To attend the lunch, you must be registered to attend the MACo Winter Conference, and have purchased a Thursday lunch ticket. A Thursday lunch ticket is provided with a full registration, and may also be purchased separately with a daily registration. If you haven’t already done so, please register for the conference online and RSVP to Kaley Schultze at kschultze@mdcounties.org by Friday, January 2, 2015.
