MACo is showcasing all of the great tourism attractions Maryland has to offer at its Summer Conference in Ocean City on August 13-16, 2014.  We invite you to participate!

MACo’s Summer Conference attracts over 2,000 decision-makers in Maryland’s local and state government, business and nonprofit arenas – people who travel the state, network and do business with other Marylanders, and who would be very interested in exploring Maryland-based venues and products. The Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) is accepting exhibit booth applications for Maryland’s tourism destinations, wineries, breweries, creameries, and other producers of Maryland food and beverage items to showcase their products in an exhibit hall dedicated just to Maryland tourism and economic development: Dockside Hall!

2013 Taste of Maryland Reception

MACo’s Summer Conference Taste of Maryland Reception will put a very large spotlight on your products. During this very special reception, Dockside Hall exhibitors will offer tasting samples (4 oz of beer or nonalcoholic beverage; 2 oz of wine or food per sample) and hand out promotional materials to MACo’s attendees. This reception was extremely well-attended last year, so we’ve extended the time to a full 2 hours! The Taste of Maryland Reception will be held Thursday, August 14, 2014 from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

In appreciation of our Maryland-based tourism, food and beverage, and economic development industries, MACo is offering a special exhibitor rate for qualifying booths to exhibit in Dockside Hall – the normal commercial exhibit booth rate is $1,400, but for these industry representatives, the rate is just $600!

Our attendees are county elected officials and county staff, Senators, Delegates, Congressmen, and commercial representatives from all over Maryland—they are always looking for unique and interesting vendors who highlight everything Maryland has to offer!
