The National Association of Counties (NACo) has recently published a December issue for the newsletter “Creating Healthy Counties”.

This newsletter,

provides tools and key resources from the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program, with an emphasis on the Roadmaps Action Cycle – Acting on What’s Important. The newsletter is supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute.
